The association has been conducting conferences and seminars which are attended by the members and delegates of libraries. These conferences are avenues to publicize the library movement and conduct many more such programmes with discussions on matters of professional interest and concern. The association has always encouraged and extended its support to the district and taluk associations that are established to propagate the library movement. The Association has effectively conducted 40  such conferences all over the state.
